# The Education Standards Fund (England) (Amendment) Regulations 2002, Regulation 4: Citation, commencement and extent


In regulation 5(1)—
(a) after “2(b)” there shall be inserted “and (c)”
(b) for “6(a) and (c)” there shall be substituted “6(a), (c), (d), (e) and (f)”.
