Regulation 3 Expenditure in respect of which standards fund grants are payable

Standards fund grants shall only be payable in respect of prescribed expenditure incurred or to be incurred in a financial year to the extent to which that expenditure is approved for that period by the Secretary of State for the purposes of these Regulations.
