Regulation 5 Rate of standards fund grant

(1)

Standards fund grants in respect of approved expenditure incurred on or after 1st April 2002 shall be payable at the rate of 100 per cent. of such expenditure in respect of items referred to in paragraphs 1(b), 2(b), 3(a), (c) and (d), 4, 5(a) and (c) and 6(a) and, (c) of Schedule 1.

Standards fund grants in respect of approved expenditure incurred on or after 1st April 2002 in respect of items referred to in paragraphs of Schedule 1 other than those mentioned in paragraph (1) above shall be payable at the rate of 52 per cent of such expenditure.
