Regulation 41 Amendment of regulation 19

In regulation 19(2)^f1 (disabled students’ allowance), for the words from “paragraph 9” to the end substitute “the only paragraph or paragraphs in Part 2 of Schedule 1 into which the student falls is one or more of paragraphs 2A, 9, 9A, 9C, 9D, 10 and 10ZA”.
