  "text": "In regulation 38 (general qualifying conditions for grants for living and other costs)—\n(a) in paragraph (3), for the words from “in Part 2” to the end substitute “or paragraphs in Part 2 of Schedule 1 into which the student falls is one or more of paragraphs 2A, 9, 9A, 9C, 9D, 10 and 10ZA”;\n(b) in paragraph (8)—\n(i) omit “Subject to paragraph 9,”;\n(ii) omit “(c),”;\n(iii) for “or (l)” substitute “, (l) or (m)”;\n(c) omit paragraph (9).",
