  "text": "(This note is not part of the Regulations)\nThese Regulations amend the Education (Student Information) (Wales) Regulations 2017 to reflect changes made by the Tertiary Education and Research (Wales) Act 2022 and the Higher Education and Research Act 2017. They add references to the Commission for Tertiary Education and Research and the Office for Students, and remove references to the Higher Education Funding Council for Wales and the Higher Education Funding Council for England.\nThe Welsh Ministers’ Code of Practice on the carrying out of Regulatory Impact Assessments was considered in relation to these Regulations. As a result, it was not considered necessary to carry out a regulatory impact assessment as to the likely costs and benefits of complying with these Regulations.",
