In exercise of the powers conferred on the Secretary of State by section 7(4) of the Education (Student Loans) Act 1998 (“the Act”), the Secretary of State for Education and Employment, as respects England and Wales, and the Secretary of State for Scotland, as respects Scotland, hereby make the following Order:—
