# The Education (Student Loans) (Amendment No. 2) Regulations 1998, Note: Explanatory note


(This note is not part of the Regulations)
These Regulations amend the Education (Student Loans) Regulations 1998 so as to increase the payment to be made by a lender under those Regulations to the governing body of an institution for sending a completed and certified eligibility form, from £4 to £4.50.
