# The Education (Student Loans) (Amendment) Regulations 1992, Note: Explanatory note


(This note is not part of the Regulations)
These Regulations amend with effect from 6th April 1992 regulation 11(5) of the Education (Student Loans) Regulations 1991, which defines the expression “disability-related benefits” for the purposes of the Regulations, by adding a reference to a disability living allowance and a disability working allowance. These allowances were introduced by the Disability Living Allowance and Disability Working Allowance Act 1991 (c. 21).
