  "text": "This Statutory Instrument has been made in consequence of a defect in S.I. 1993/1214 and is being issued free of charge to all known recipients of that Statutory Instrument\nEDUCATION, ENGLAND AND WALES\nEDUCATION, SCOTLAND\nMade 29th June 1993\nLaid before Parliament 2nd July 1993\nComing into force 1st August 1993\nIn exercise of the powers conferred by paragraph 1 of Schedule 2 to the Education (Student Loans) Act 1990, the Secretary of State for Education hereby makes the following Regulations:",
