  "text": "(This note is not part of the Regulations)\nThese Regulations substitute a revised paragraph (6) in regulation 11 of the Education (Student Loans) Regulations 1993 to correct a defect in the drafting of that paragraph. The revised paragraph substitutes for references to the Social Security Act 1975 references to the Social Security Contributions and Benefits Act 1992, a consolidating Act which replaces the 1975 Act.",
