  "text": "For regulation 11(6) of the Education (Student Loans) Regulations 1993 there is substituted—\n“(6) In paragraph (5) “disability-related benefits” means—\n(a) the benefits or allowances payable pursuant to the Social Security Contributions and Benefits Act 1992 known as invalidity benefit, severe disablement allowance, disability living allowance and industrial injuries benefit;\n(b) disability premium and severe disability premium payable pursuant to the Income Support (General) Regulations 1987; and\n(c) disability working allowance payable under sections 123(1)(c) and 129 of the Social Security Contributions and Benefits Act 1992.”.",
