# The Education (Student Loans) Regulations 1998, Regulation 7: Terms of loans


(1) Every agreement for a loan made before or after these Regulations come into force shall include the terms set out in Part I of Schedule 2.
(2) Every agreement for a loan made before these Regulations come into force shall in addition include the terms set out in Part II of Schedule 2.
