  "text": "In regulation 19—\n(a) In paragraph (2), after “section 22 of the 1998 Act” insert “, other than a post-2012 student loan,”;\n(b) in paragraph (3)(c) delete “or”;\n(c) in paragraph (3)(d)—\n(i) after “post-2006 student loans” insert “and not post-2012 student loans”; and\n(ii) delete the “.” and insert “; or”; and\n(d) after paragraph (3)(d) insert—\n“(e) in the case of post-2012 student loans, the 30th anniversary of the date on which the borrower became liable to repay the student loan.”.",
