# The Education (Student Loans) (Repayment) (Amendment) (No. 2) Regulations 2012, Regulation 9: Amendment of the Education (Student Loans) (Repayment) Regulations 2009


In regulation 21, before paragraph (1) insert—
“(A1) This regulation applies in relation to students loans which are not post-2012 student loans.”.
