  "text": "(1) Regulation 43 of the principal Regulations shall be amended as follows.\n(2) At the end of paragraph (1)(b) delete ‘or’.\n(3) In paragraph (1)(c) after “officer” insert—\n“; or\n(d) any notification received under regulation 35(8)”.",
