# The Education (Student Loans) (Repayment) (Amendment) Regulations 2005, Regulation 3: Amendment of the Education (Student Loans) (Repayment) Regulations 2000


In regulation 27 insert in the appropriate place the following definitions—
““Form P45” has the same meaning as in the PAYE Regulations;
“Form P46” has the same meaning as in the PAYE Regulations”.
