# The Education (Student Loans) (Repayment) (Amendment) Regulations 2011, Regulation 1: Citation and commencement


(1) These Regulations may be cited as the Education (Student Loans) (Repayment) (Amendment) Regulations 2011 and subject to paragraph (2) come into force on 6 April 2011.
(2) Regulation 8 comes into force on 31 October 2011.
