# The Education (Student Loans) (Repayment) (Amendment) Regulations 2012, Regulation 13: Amendment of the Education (Student Loans) (Repayment) Regulations 2009


In regulation 55(1) (notice and certificate when repayments deducted not paid), for “the employer” in the first place it appears substitute “a non-Real Time Information employer”.
