# The Education (Student Loans) (Repayment) (Amendment) Regulations 2012, Regulation 6: Amendment of the Education (Student Loans) (Repayment) Regulations 2009


In regulation 41 (interpretation), insert in the appropriate places—
““non-Real Time Information employer” means an employer other than one within regulation 41A;”;
““Real Time Information employer” has the meaning given in regulation 41A;”.
