Regulation 3 Amendment of the Education (Student Loans) (Repayment) Regulations 2009

In regulation 23, after paragraph (2)(f) insert—

“(g)

such other information about the borrower’s financial position as may be required to determine whether the borrower is in receipt of any income.”
