# The Education (Student Loans) (Repayment) (Amendment) Regulations 2014, Regulation 9: Amendment of the Education (Student Loans) (Repayment) Regulations 2009


In regulation 59G(5), at the end insert “but this paragraph does not apply to a return for the tax year 2014-15 or subsequent tax years”.
