Regulation 3 Amendment of regulation 3 (interpretation)

In regulation 3^f1—

(a)

for the definition of “repayment threshold” substitute—

““repayment threshold” has the meaning given in regulation 29(7) to (10);”; and

(b)

after the definition of “repayment threshold year” insert—

““Scottish student loan” means a student loan within the meaning given in regulation 6;”.
