# The Education (Student Loans) (Repayment) (Amendment) Regulations 2021, Regulation 5: Amendment of regulation 17 (date of repayment)


In regulation 17(ca)(ii), for the words from “such” to “that adjustment” substitute “the day on which that adjustment is made or the last day of the relevant tax year if the adjustment is made outside the relevant tax year”.
