Regulation 1 Citation, commencement and extent

These Regulations may be cited as the Education (Student Loans) (Repayment) (Amendment) Regulations 2023 and come into force on 1st March 2023.

These Regulations extend to England and Wales, Scotland and Northern Ireland.
