Regulation 2 Amendment of the Education (Student Loans) (Scotland) Regulations 2007

In regulation 3 (eligible students) of the Education (Student Loans) (Scotland) Regulations 2007f1, for paragraph (2)(b) substitute—

“(b)

is under the age of 60 on the first day of the first academic year of the course;”.
