# The Education (Student Loans)(Repayment)(Amendment) Regulations 2006, Regulation 3: Amendment of the Education (Student Loans) (Repayment) Regulations 2000


In regulation 2 insert in the appropriate place the following definition—
““the Assembly” means the National Assembly for Wales;”.
