# The Education (Student Loans)(Repayment)(Amendment) Regulations 2006, Regulation 8: Amendment of the Education (Student Loans) (Repayment) Regulations 2000


In regulation 12 before paragraph (1) insert the following—
“(A1) This regulation applies in relation to Wales only.”
