# The Education (Student Support) (Amendment) (No. 2) Regulations 2005, Regulation 1: Citation, commencement and extent


(1) These Regulations may be cited as the Education (Student Support) (Amendment) (No. 2) Regulations 2005 and shall come into force on 1st September 2005.
(2) These Regulations extend to England and Wales.
