Regulation 4 Amendment of the 2005 Regulations

Regulation 18 of the 2005 Regulations is amended as follows.

In paragraph (4)(a), there is substituted for the figure “£114.75” the figure “£148.75”.

In paragraph (4)(b), there is substituted for the figure “£170” the figure “£255”.

In paragraph (7), there is substituted for the definition of “approved childcare provider” the following—

““approved childcare provider” means a childcare provider approved in accordance with the Tax Credit (New Category of Child Care Provider) Regulations 1999^f1 or the Tax Credits (Approval of Child Care Providers) Scheme 2005^f2; and”.
