  "text": "(1) Schedule 5 to the 2005 Regulations is amended as follows.\n(2) In paragraph 5(3)—\n(a) the words “, as a result of some event beyond his control,” are omitted; and\n(b) for “household income” there is substituted “parent’s income”.\n(3) In paragraph 5(4), for “as a result of some event beyond his control” there is substituted “as a result of any event”.",
