# The Education (Student Support) (Amendment) (No. 2) Regulations 2006, Regulation 3: Amendment to regulation 2 (interpretation)


In the definition of “the 2005 Regulations” in paragraph (1) of regulation 2, for “and the Adoption and Children (Miscellaneous Amendments) Regulations 2005” substitute—
“, the Adoption and Children (Miscellaneous Amendments) Regulations 2005 and the Education (Student Support) (Amendment) Regulations 2006”.
