# The Education (Student Support) (Amendment) (No. 2) Regulations 2006, Regulation 4: Amendments to regulation 27 (amount of the grant for fees for a course at a publicly-funded institution)


(1) For paragraph (4) of regulation 27 substitute—
“(4) Paragraphs (1) to (3) do not apply to designated courses at Heythrop College or at Guildhall School of Music and Drama.”.
(2) After paragraph (5) of regulation 27 insert—
“(6) In the case of a designated course at Guildhall School of Music and Drama, the amount of the grant for fees in respect of an academic year is £4,355.”.
