# The Education (Student Support) (Amendment) (No. 2) Regulations 2008 (revoked), Introduction: Introductory text


This Statutory Instrument has been made to correct provisions in S.I. 2008/529 and 1582 and is being issued free of charge to all known recipients of those Statutory Instruments.

The Secretary of State for Innovation, Universities and Skills makes the following Regulations in exercise of the powers conferred by sections 22 and 42(6) of the Teaching and Higher Education Act 1998:
