  "text": "(1) Regulation 69 (qualifying conditions for the loan for living costs – current system students) is amended as follows.\n(2) In paragraph (2)—\n(a) in sub-paragraph (e)—\n(i) for paragraph (ii), substitute—\n“(ii) leads to—\n(aa) an ordinary degree or an honours degree;\n(bb) in respect of a course in a dental profession subject, an ordinary degree, an honours degree, a diploma or a foundation degree; or\n(cc) in respect of a course in operating department practice, an ordinary degree, an honours degree or a diploma;”;\n(ii) at the end of paragraph (iii), insert “or, in the case of a course in a dental profession subject, begins on or after 1st August 2018”;\n(b) after sub-paragraph (e), insert—\n“(f) the designated course is a postgraduate pre-registration course which begins on or after 1st August 2018.”.",
