# The Education (Student Support) (Amendment) (No. 3) Regulations 2002, Regulation 3: Amendments to the Regulations


(1) Regulation 15 shall be amended as follows—
(2) In paragraph (13)—
(a) at the end of sub-paragraph (f) for “of that Act,” substitute “of that Act; and;”; and
(b) after sub-paragraph (f) insert—
“(g) any child tax credit to which he is entitled under Part I of the Tax Credits Act 2002.”.
