# The Education (Student Support) (Amendment) (No. 3) Regulations 2008, Paragraph 15: Amendment of regulation 67


In regulation 67(1) after sub-paragraph (a) insert—
“(aa) where the eligible student is a 2009 cohort student with full entitlement, in accordance with regulation 68B or 68C;”
