  "text": "In regulation 155(3) (payment of loans for fees)—\n(a) for “first” substitute “any”;\n(b) after sub-paragraph (a), omit “and”;\n(c) at the end of sub-paragraph (b), insert “; and”;\n(d) after sub-paragraph (b), insert—\n“(c) confirmation (in such form as may be required by the Secretary of State) of the eligible part-time student’s attendance on the course for the period to which the instalment relates”.",
