For regulation 20(2) substitute the following:

“(2)

A hardship loan shall be £100 or a multiple thereof not exceeding £500.”.

(2)

In regulation 20(4) delete the words “On being satisfied that due to exceptional financial hardship the student may not be able to continue to attend his course for the remaining part of the academic year”.
