  "text": "(1) In regulation 18(6) and (8) for the words “instalments of loan are paid” substitute the words “support is payable”.\n(2) For regulation 18(12) substitute the following paragraphs:\n“(12) Where in relation to an academic year an eligible student is not eligible for a grant for living costs by virtue of regulation 12(3)(a) he shall be eligible for a loan for living costs under this regulation but—\n(a) in paragraphs (1) and (2) there shall be substituted for the amounts in column one below the corresponding amounts in column two:\n£2,875\n£1,360\n4,480\n2,200\n4,440\n1,780\n5,275\n1,780\n3,635\n1,780\n2,510\n995\n3,885\n1,605\n3,865\n1,295\n4,590\n1,295\n3,150\n1,295\nand\n(b) paragraphs (10) and (11) shall not apply.\n(13) Where in relation to an academic year an eligible student is not eligible for a grant for living costs by virtue of regulation 12(3)(b) or 12(4) he shall be eligible for a loan for living costs under this regulation but—\n(a) in paragraphs (1) and (2) there shall be substituted for the amounts in column one below the corresponding amounts in column two:\n£2,875\n£1,360\n4,480\n2,200\n4,440\n2,180\n5,275\n2,590\n3,635\n1,780\n2,510\n995\n3,885\n1,605\n3,865\n1,595\n4,590\n1,895\n3,150\n1,295\nand\n(b) paragraphs (10) and (11) shall not apply.”",
