# The Education (Student Support) (Amendment) Regulations 2006, Regulation 13: Amendment of regulation 17 of the 2005 Regulations


For paragraph (2) of regulation 17 of the 2005 Regulations, substitute—
“(2) The adult dependants' grant is available in respect of a dependant of an eligible student who is either—
(a) the eligible student’s partner; or
(b) an adult dependant whose net income does not exceed £3,445.”.
