# The Education (Student Support) (Amendment) Regulations 2006, Regulation 15: Amendment of regulation 19 of the 2005 Regulations


For paragraph (1) of regulation 19 of the 2005 Regulations, substitute—
“(1) An eligible student shall qualify in connection with his attendance on a designated course for the parents' learning allowance if he has one or more dependants who are dependent children.”.
