# The Education (Student Support) (Amendment) Regulations 2006, Regulation 2: Interpretation


In these Regulations—
“the 2005 Regulations” means the Education (Student Support) Regulations 2005 as amended by the Education (Student Support) (Amendment) Regulations 2005, the Education (Student Support) (Amendment) (No. 2) Regulations 2005 and the Adoption and Children (Miscellaneous Amendments) Regulations 2005;
“the 2006 Regulations” means the Education (Student Support) Regulations 2006.
