# The Education (Student Support) (Amendment) Regulations 2006, Regulation 26: Amendment of Schedule 5 to the 2005 Regulations


In paragraph 4(1)(b) and paragraph 5(2)(a) of Schedule 5 to the 2005 Regulations, insert after the words “Income and Corporation Taxes Act 1988”—
“or under section 188 of the Finance Act 2004”.
