# The Education (Student Support) (Amendment) Regulations 2006, Regulation 30: Amendment of regulation 2 of the 2006 Regulations


For the definition of “fees” in regulation 2 of the 2006 Regulations, substitute—
““fees” has the meaning given in section 41(1) of the 2004 Act except in the case of college fees;”.
