Regulation 33 Amendment of regulation 41 of the 2006 Regulations

For paragraph (2) of regulation 41 of the 2006 Regulations, substitute—

“(2)

The adult dependants' grant is available in respect of a dependant of an eligible student who is either—

(a)

the eligible student’s partner; or

(b)

an adult dependant whose net income does not exceed £3,530.”.
