# The Education (Student Support) (Amendment) Regulations 2006, Regulation 36: Insertion of a new Part in the 2006 Regulations


After regulation 70, insert—
“PART 6A
COLLEGE FEE LOANS
70A A college fee loan is available to an eligible student in accordance with Schedule 3A.”.
