# The Education (Student Support) (Amendment) Regulations 2006, Regulation 5: Amendment of regulation 2 of the 2005 Regulations


Omit the words “and any reference to the child of a refugee includes a reference to a step-child” from the definition of “refugee” in regulation 2 of the 2005 Regulations.
