  "text": "In regulation 38(7) (general qualifying conditions for grants for living and other costs)—\n(a) omit the word “or” where it appears after the semi-colon at the end of sub-paragraph (d);\n(b) for the full-stop at the end of sub-paragraph (e)(iv) substitute “; or”; and\n(c) after sub-paragraph (e) insert—\n“(f) unpaid service with either House of Parliament.”",
