# The Education (Student Support) (Amendment) Regulations 2015, Regulation 14: Amendment of the Education (Student Support) Regulations 2011


In regulation 28 (Old system students who are gap year students who have not studied on a previous course), for paragraph (2), substitute—
“(2) A gap year student does not qualify for fee support in respect of a designated course if the student has an honours degree from an institution in the United Kingdom and the exemptions in regulation 13(2) or (4) do not apply.”.
